Sarah Rana

Sarah Rana is a seasoned tax and treasury executive with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Global Tax and Treasury at Hologic, Inc. since January 2016, Sarah leads a tax team of over 15 professionals and a treasury team of 5. Previous roles include Vice President of Tax at Hologic, Senior Director of Global Tax Planning at Medtronic following the Covidien acquisition, and Director of M&A Tax Planning at Covidien. Earlier in Sarah's career, positions included Tax Associate roles at WilmerHale, Mirick O'Connell, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, and PwC. Sarah holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Syracuse University.
