Rachel Herken, Product Evangelist

Rachel Herken has a diverse work experience in various roles related to product ownership and management. Rachel Herken, is currently working at Hologram Sciences as a Product Owner since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Transactly as a Product Owner from December 2020 to January 2022. Rachel was also associated with Retail Success, where they served as a CSPO and Product Owner from April 2016 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at VeriShip as a CSM and ScrumMaster, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and improving sprint velocities. Rachel also has experience as a Graphic Engineer II at Saepio Technologies and as a Graphic Artist II at Gear for Sports, where they showcased strong organizational skills and contributed to revenue growth.

Rachel Herken, Product Evangelist, attended Oklahoma Christian University from 2000 to 2005 where they obtained a degree in New Media with a focus on Graphic Design. Rachel Herken, then pursued executive education in Product Management at the Haas School of Business in the University of California, Berkeley. Rachel has also earned certifications such as the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2019 and the Certified ScrumMaster in September 2015.
