Valerie Wiblin has been working in the events industry since 2012. Valerie began their career as an Allround Hotel Food & Beverage Staff Member at DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen. In 2014, they moved to The Hurricane Event Group where they held four different roles, including Event Manager, Project Coordinator and Supplier Relations, and Event Assistant. In 2016, Valerie joined Herbalife Nutrition as an Event Specialist for a three-month period. Later that same year, they became the Head of Events NSW/ACT and Head of Global Internship Program at Helping Hand Group. Since 2019, Valerie has been working as a Freelance Event Specialist for Events with Val, HolonIQ, Alana Edwards, Jasper Events, BNT Management Pty Ltd, and The Production House Events.

Valerie Wiblin completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Hotel & Hospitality Management from MBO Amersfoort between 2007 and 2011. Valerie then obtained certifications in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey in April 2013, SVH Social Responsibility from SVH in October 2011, Bilingual Education from Leerhotel Het Klooster in June 2011, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points from HACCP System Group in June 2011, and International Hotel Management from Leerhotel Het Klooster in June 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Hospitality Management from Stenden. In 2013, they also completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Hospitality Management from Untrim International, and from 2013 to 2014, they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in International Hospitality Management from Stenden University Bangkok.
