Richard Hollis is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Holonis. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having previously founded and served as chairman and CEO of Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals.

Hollis-Eden was founded on the premise of developing a "hormone signaling technology platform" by cultivating chemical structures derived from the adrenal glands. The vision was to harness these naturally occurring molecules to improve immune responses and combat global infectious diseases and diseases related to aging.

Under Hollis' leadership, Hollis-Eden successfully completed an Initial Public Offering, secured multiple patents, and built an in-house team of IP counsel. The company also engaged with subject matter experts from the World Health Organization, the London School of Medicine, South African Government, British Common Wealth, and the World Bank.

Hollis has been featured in the media on multiple occasions, including CNN, CNBC, ABC, Power Lunch, 60 Minutes, KUSI, NASDAQ, Bio People, Pharmaceutical Executive, Business Week, Wall Street Journal, San Diego Tribune, Business Journal, Financial Times, Washington Post, The New York Times, San Diego Magazine, Squawkbox, Wall Street Reporter, and London Stock Exchange.

Richard has also been invited to testify before congress on five different occasions and attended the official signing ceremony of the Project Bioshield bill with former President George W. Bush at the White House Rose Garden.

To date, Hollis has raised several hundred million dollars in capital for advanced clinical trials. Richard has also been invited to ring the opening bell on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange with former NY Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Richard Hollis studied psychology as an undergraduate at San Francisco State University. After completing their BA, they pursued a career in humanistic psychology, studying the psychological development of individuals within the context of their culture and society.
