Winnie Tai has a long and varied work experience. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Assistant Manager at Edu-Kingdom College. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Script Writer at Channel 31, and a Diagnostic Billing & Audit, Pathology & Imaging & Patient Liaison - Insurance Advisory at Eastern Health. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Legal Operations, Team Assistant, Global Commercial Operations & Prod Dev and Western Europe Legal at Sandoz International GmbH. Finally, from 2018 to 2022, they were Global Head Strategy & Operations, Legal at Sandoz.

Winnie Tai attended Monash University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General and a Diploma of Arts in English Language and Literature, General.
