Samantha Sizemore

Samantha Sizemore is chief operations officer at Holston Medical Group (HMG), where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of over 45 clinics, 150 mid-level and physician providers, and over 750 team members. HMGs operations generate more than $100 million annually and provide integrated care, specialty care, and a focus on primary care. Sizemore also oversees the management of HMG’s two ambulatory surgery centers and two outpatient diagnostic centers.

In her role, Sizemore is responsible for the design, build, and implementation of operational structures and processes to create a strong and cohesive operations team and environment that supports the organization's key objectives and strategies. She fosters performance excellence and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization as well as with key partners. With over 25 years of experience, Sizemore’s leadership has created a culture of accountability and professionalism, resulting in a high level of teamwork, mutual trust, and respect for all team members across the organization.
