Joshua Barnes

Josh Barnes joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2007 and currently serves as Senior Vice President within the Industrial Division. With a focus on the Northeast/East Dallas submarkets, Josh is responsible for business development including landlord leasing, tenant rep, acquisitions, and development on behalf of a multitude of clients including institutional capital and private equity. Currently, he oversees a portfolio consisting of 8 million square feet.
