Traci Devereaux joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2016 and serves as Director of Property Management. Traci has over 20 years real estate experience and directly oversees management activity in the DFW Metroplex for several of the largest clients.
Prior to joining HLC, Traci worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly LaSalle Partners) assisting in the management of high-rise office buildings in Las Colinas. She continued her career with Transwestern, managing mid and high-rise office buildings in Las Colinas. She then decided to broaden her management experience when she began managing a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties for Hillwood Properties in Fort Worth in 2008.
Traci has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder. Traci is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and currently serves on the Executive Committee for BOMA International and President of BOMA Southwest, is a past President of BOMA Texas and BOMA Fort Worth, and former Chair of the State and Local Affairs Committee for BOMA International.
Recent recognition and awards for Traci include 2021 BOMA Fort Worth President’s Award Recipient, 2018 Dallas BOMA Senior Portfolio Manager of the Year, 2017 Regional BOMA Industrial Park of the Year award for Park 20/35 in Lancaster, and 2017 Dallas BOMA Industrial Park of the Year award for Park 20/35 in Lancaster.
