Brian McWilliams

Brian McWilliams is an experienced security management professional with a strong background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as the Security Manager at Holtec International since September 2019, Brian oversees the implementation of the security program, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards. Prior to this role, Brian served in the United States Army Reserve as a Senior Drill Sergeant, where responsibilities included supervising and training Drill Sergeants and Initial Entry Training Soldiers. Brian also held various security roles at Entergy from 2008 to 2019, progressing from Security Force Member to Security Manager, consistently driving operational compliance and enhancing security procedures. Brian’s military experience is further underscored by a prior role as a Drill Sergeant in the U.S. Army, providing foundational training and leadership to soldiers.
