Rafael Marín

Rafael Marín currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Holtec International, overseeing project management and business development for Europe, Eurasia, and Mexico since May 2018, while also managing the operations center in Madrid, Spain. Prior experience includes the role of Effectiveness Manager at Asociación Nuclear Ascó-Vandellós II from September 2013 to May 2018, Project Manager for BCA, Betegón y Cuesta Asociados SLL focused on ANAV Nuclear Power Plants between July 2009 and August 2013, and positions as a Wind Turbine Aeroelastics Engineer at Altran and an F-18 Maintenance and Flight Procedures Engineer at Indra. Rafael Marín holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has completed various management and nuclear training programs, including a Management Development Program and Reactor Operator Training. Additionally, Rafael Marín is pursuing a course in Six Sigma at the Technical University of Munich.
