Ryan Prescott

Ryan Prescott is a seasoned professional in the nuclear industry with extensive experience in safety and performance improvement. Currently serving as Work Week Manager at Holtec International since June 2022, Prescott previously held various positions at Entergy from 2008 to June 2022, including Work Week Manager, Superintendent of Industrial Safety & Human Performance, and Senior Performance Improvement Specialist, contributing to successful NRC PI&R Inspections. Prior to Entergy, Prescott worked in security management at Wackenhut from 1997 to 2008, where significant advancements in nuclear security training were achieved post 9/11, and led successful NRC inspections at multiple nuclear plants. Prescott also served as a part-time police officer with the City of Lake City, MN from 1999 to 2005, providing community patrol services. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Law Enforcement from Alexandria Technical and Community College, obtained between 1995 and 1997, and a high school diploma from Red Wing Central High, completed in 1995.
