Meaghan O'Donnell

Meaghan O'Donnell is an experienced Campus Recruiting Manager at HCVT, having advanced through roles from Campus Recruiter to Senior Campus Recruiter since May 2020. O'Donnell spearheads annual initiatives for internship and campus ambassador programs, manages a calendar of over 100 events and 300 interviews annually, and has successfully implemented event management software to enhance candidate engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Professional Development Coordinator for the Ithaca College Los Angeles Program, where a 100% placement rate was achieved for students, and strategic marketing roles at Creative Artists Agency and Open Road Films. Meaghan O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Ithaca College.
