Lila Haffey

Lila Haffey has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having served as the Campus Recruiting Manager at Wayfair from January 2020 to June 2023, where oversight included co-op, intern, and full-time positions. Prior roles include MBA Recruiting Manager and Senior MBA Campus Recruiter at Turbonomic, along with serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where Lila focused on aligning hiring managers and establishing core competencies for key roles. Lila began the EMEA Talent Acquisition Associate role as the first Recruitment/HR hire in EMEA, successfully doubling the office size. Initial experience included a Marketing Intern position at TriCore Solutions and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Retail Supply Chain Management from Babson College, where involvement included participation in the varsity field hockey team.
