Sid Chitnis

Sid Chitnis, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Partner in M&A Advisory at HCVT. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Sid is a Co-Founder of alldae superfruit soda and Saltwater Coffee. Previous experience includes significant roles at Houlihan Lokey, where Sid held positions as Director and Senior Vice President, as well as serving as Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Deloitte. Sid Chitnis completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a Co-op scholarship, specializing in Accounting and Finance, at UNSW from 2004 to 2007 and later earned the Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand between 2008 and 2010.
