Head Of Customer Lifecycle Management at Holvi

Bianca Hennen has extensive work experience in various roles, starting in 1999 at Infineon Technologies where they served as a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, and was responsible for Marketing Communication until 2009. Bianca then joined Pago International GmbH in 2009 as a Project Assistant and later became the PA to the CEO until 2011. Bianca returned to Pago International GmbH in 2012 as a TPM Coordinator and then transitioned to a Customer Service - Back office role until 2014. Bianca then joined Management Events as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Bianca is working at Holvi as a Customer Support Manager from May 2016 to November 2016. Bianca continued to work at Holvi as a Customer Success Manager - D & AT Lead from November 2016 to February 2023. Starting from February 2023, Bianca is currently serving as the Head of Customer Lifecycle Management at Holvi.

Bianca Hennen's education history includes completing the Cambridge Certificate Business Vantage at WIFI Klagenfurt in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they attended WIFI Klagenfurt from 2004-2005 to complete the Office-Management-Academy program.
