Lila Scott

Lila Scott, LCSW, is an experienced clinical professional with a strong background in providing therapeutic services to diverse populations, particularly unaccompanied minors from Central America. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Services and Clinician at Holy Family Institute since March 2020, Lila specializes in individual, group, and family therapy. Previous roles include Senior Family Based Clinician at Every Child, Inc., and Family Based Therapist with MCC Warwick Family Services, where Lila engaged in trauma-focused intervention and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Lila's earlier experience includes advocacy and counseling for children impacted by domestic violence at Congreso de Latinos Unidos and educational roles teaching English as a Second Language. Lila holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Sociology from Goucher College.
