Tae Keun Park

Tae Keun Park serves as the Medical Director at Holy Name Medical Center since January 2019 and holds the position of Attending Physician at Teaneck Emergency Physicians since September 2011. As the Founder - MD of Pro Form Sports Medicine and Wellness Associates from January 2011 to January 2014, Tae Keun Park has demonstrated leadership in sports medicine. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Fellowship Director in Primary Care Sports Medicine at North Shore-LIJ Health System and as a Fellow at O'Connor Hospital - San Jose. Tae Keun Park completed residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center followed by an internship at New York Hospital - Queens. Educational credentials include an MD from Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University and a BS in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
