Kyle Lord is currently working as a Smart Energy and Building Specialist at Holy Cross Energy, where Kyle develops utility programs focusing on building electrification and grid flexibility. Prior to this role, Kyle founded CritterBlok, LLC, inventing a patent-pending critter guard solution for the solar industry. Before that, Kyle co-founded Reconnect Clean Energy, LLC, specializing in energy projects like solar PV and battery storage. Kyle also co-founded Reconnect Solar, offering solar O&M services. Kyle began their career as a Solar Installer at Namasté Solar Electric after earning their Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
