Holly Aynsley is a seasoned PR, Marketing and Events Manager at Holyrood Distillery since April 2019, responsible for the development and execution of the distillery's PR and marketing strategies as well as overseeing a comprehensive events program. Prior to this role, Holly contributed as the Visitor Operations and Events Manager during the initial startup of the Distillery Visitor Attraction. Before joining Holyrood Distillery, experience at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland as a Visitor Experience and Duty Manager involved enhancing the visitor experience at Edinburgh Zoo, while earlier roles included team leadership in admissions and retail at SPIRIT PUB COMPANY LIMITED, duty management at SWAROVSKI, and sales assistance at Kurt Geiger. Education was completed at Firrhill High School from 2006 to 2012.
