Neil Creasey Pharmd

Neil Creasey PharmD MBA has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmacy industry. Neil currently holds the position of System Director of Pharmacy Operations at Holzer Health System since September 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Pharmacy Systems, Inc. as an Ambulatory System Manager from December 2015 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the operation and compliance of multiple pharmacies and clinics within Holzer Health System, as well as various other responsibilities such as business growth management, staff development, and contract negotiations. Before that, Neil was a Pharmacy Manager at Marcs Pharmacy from March 2015 to November 2015. Neil also served as an Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager at Cleveland Clinic from October 2013 to March 2015, where they focused on compounding services and patient care. Neil's earlier experience includes roles at Walgreens Health Initiatives, where they worked as an Onsite Clinical Manager specializing in infectious diseases from October 2010 to October 2013, and as a Pharmacy Manager from July 2008 to October 2010. Neil began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens in October 1999. Throughout their career, Neil has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various areas such as business development, staff training, and patient care.

Neil Creasey earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Marketing, and Administration from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business in 2003. Neil then pursued a PharmD degree with a focus on Pharmacy and Business at Butler University from 2003 to 2008. In 2014, Neil went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their studies in 2016.
