Erin Wengerter, E.I.T. is a Water Resources Engineer at H2M architects + engineers since May 2022. Erin has also served as the President and International Project Manager for the Engineers Without Borders-USA City College of New York Student Chapter since May 2018, leading initiatives to implement water catchment systems in Nicaragua. As a NOAA CREST Research Fellow at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration since June 2018, Erin's research focuses on the economic and social impacts of flooding in New York City. Additionally, Erin is a Climate Policy Fellow at the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership, participating in workshops that connect climate science, engineering, and public policy. Erin's prior experience includes a summer internship with the EPA's Superfund Division, supporting various soil and groundwater remediation projects. Erin holds Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and Earth System Sciences and Environmental Engineering from Macaulay Honors College and The City College of New York, respectively, completed in 2021.
