Bethany Skaff

Bethany Skaff has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Bethany began their career as Co-Founder of Libre llc, where they helped build the business from conception. In 2013, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Money Concepts. Since 2014, they have held the role of Director of HOMAGE Experience, where they drive culture change through developing and implementing initiatives that advance both team members and the company. Bethany also collaborates with the leadership team on developing and rolling out company Mission, Vision, and Values, creates team moments for connection and appreciation, and organizes and creates content for all-team meetings.

Bethany Skaff attended Peters Township High School from 2001 to 2005. Bethany then attended Miami University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Entrepreneurship. In 2007, they participated in a study abroad program through The Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University Dolibois European Center.
