Carlyn Housh

Carlyn Housh, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Utility Business Media and as a Transitional Care Liaison at Home Care Experts. Carlyn has held leadership roles such as Board President for both McHenry County TRIAD and the McHenry County Senior Task Force on Aging, as well as Board Secretary for the Illinois Continuity of Care Association. Previously, Carlyn was the Board Vice President for Kids in Need McHenry County and worked as a Client Care Manager/Community Outreach Coordinator at Homewatch CareGivers. Additional experience includes a role as Transitional Care Coordinator at One Home Health Agency, Ltd., and Care Coordinator at Centegra Health System. Carlyn holds a Master of Social Work in Clinical Practice from George Williams College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication from St. Norbert College.
