Jennifer Helms is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations Special Projects and previously in various roles including Director of FSQA and Head of Food Safety at Home Chef, Jennifer has a strong foundation in food safety and supplier quality management. Prior experience at OSI Industries involved managing dry beans, fresh produce, and spare parts, alongside conducting annual RFPs and serving as a subject matter expert in volatile markets. Jennifer also held positions in leadership and intern roles that emphasize project management, communication improvement, and budget oversight. Academic credentials include an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Innovation, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management with a specialization in International Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
