Director of New Product Development, eCommerce Strategy at Home Chef

Jessie Field has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Strategy Associate at Starcom MediaVest Group before transitioning to a Media Planner role at Kelly, Scott & Madison in 2005. In 2007, they gained culinary experience as a Line Cook at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. From 2008 to 2011, Jessie served as a Catering Sales Manager at Catering by Michael's before joining Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse as a Senior Catering Sales Manager in 2011. They then worked as a Sales Manager at BellyQ from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Jessie joined The NPD Group as a Research Associate and later progressed to roles such as Market Research Specialist and Consumer Insights Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they held various roles at Home Chef, including Menu Strategy Manager and Senior Manager of New Product Development. Currently, Jessie is the Director of New Product Development - eCommerce Strategy at Home Chef.

Jessie Field has pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
