John Marks

John Marks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and process improvement. Currently serving as the Plant Director at Home Chef since November 2019, John has held various roles including Sr. Manager of National Continuous Improvement and Operations Program Manager, focusing on enhancing operational safety, quality, and productivity. Prior to this, John worked as a Process Engineer at Schuman Cheese, where a redesign of the Whisps production process resulted in a 60% throughput increase and a 42% reduction in headcount. John has also contributed as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Ferrara Candy Company and as a Group Engineering Intern at Sensient Technologies Corporation.
