Jennifer Ganpatsingh

Jennifer Ganpatsingh is an experienced financial consultant currently working at the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) since September 2019. Jennifer has held various senior financial roles, including Director of Finance and Senior Manager of Finance at the INVICTUS GAMES Toronto 2017 from March 2016 to June 2020, and Business Manager of Planning and Analysis for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games Organizing Committee from 2012 to December 2015. Earlier positions include Financial Coordinator in the Application Modernization Office at the Ministry of Government Services, where responsibilities included overseeing $600M for IT modernization, and Financial Analyst at President's Choice Financial, focusing on budgeting and forecasting. Jennifer began the career at the Public Utilities Commission as Executive Secretary and Financial Analyst, providing strategic advice on regulatory matters.
