Alicia Salita

Alicia Salita is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal oversight and compliance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Home Credit Philippines since January 2021, Alicia manages Legal, Compliance, and External Affairs. Prior to this role, Alicia held the position of Head of Legal, Compliance & Operations Risk Management at ING from August 1999 to May 2020. Alicia's career also includes legal work at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company and a tenure as a full-time lecturer at the University of the Philippines. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both obtained from the University of the Philippines, along with a high school diploma from St. Paul College of Quezon City.
