Marian Bañares-Lampa

Marian Bañares-Lampa is an accomplished professional with a solid background in project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Home Credit Philippines. With extensive experience as a Business Consultant and in previous roles as Assistant Vice President and Section Head in various organizations such as BDO Unibank and Philippine Seven Corporation, Marian has demonstrated expertise in leading complex projects and driving service innovations. Additionally, Marian's career began at San Miguel Corporation, where skills in product development were cultivated. Marian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from St. Scholastica's College, Manila, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
