Laney Smith

Laney Smith has served as a Project Manager at Home Federal Savings Bank since January 2014, with prior roles as Project Assistant and Intern. Before this, Laney worked as a Housing Specialist at Spring Valley Senior Living from February 2013 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management and a Certificate in Workplace Communications from Rochester Community and Technical College, along with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. In 2023, Laney obtained a Certificate in Genealogy from IAP Career College.
