Kellie Shaw

Kellie Shaw serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Home Forward, where responsibilities include directing the development and implementation of a tailored D&I strategy to promote an equitable living environment. As the Founder of both the Poetic Justice Foundation and SEA Change Consulting, Kellie Shaw focuses on creating sustainable wealth models for Black communities and providing equity-informed mediation and coaching. Previous experience includes serving as Broad President at Trillium Charter School, where Kellie Shaw established hiring procedures, coached leadership, mediated disputes, and advanced racial equity policies.
