Samara Lengor

Samara Lengor has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Samara currently works as a Regional Operations Manager at Home Franchise Concepts since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at McDonald's from 2008 to 2023, holding various roles within the company. These roles include Operations Manager, Franchise Business Partner/Manager, Business Consultant, Operations Consultant, Training Consultant, General Manager, Kitchen Department Manager, People Department Manager, Guest Services Department Manager, and Intern. Throughout these roles, Samara demonstrated their expertise in operations management, training, staffing, customer service, and financial security. Samara has extensive experience in managing multiple locations, implementing sales promotions, training employees, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Samara Lengor began their education journey in 2006 when they enrolled at California State University. Samara pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism, successfully completing their studies in 2010.

After several years, in 2021, Samara decided to further their education. Samara joined Purdue Global to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management. Samara is expected to complete their postgraduate studies in 2023.
