Sebastian Molina Cadena

Sebastian Molina Cadena has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Sebastian started their professional career as an intern at Fondo Ecuatoriano Populorum Progressio in 2015. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a student tutor at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

In 2013, Sebastian took on the role of a student server at Owens Food Court at Virginia Tech. Following that, they joined Mariapolis Lia in 2010 as a permanent staff member and also worked as an iconographer.

Sebastian's career in the technology field began in 2016 when they became a backend developer at Oshyn, where they implemented Sitecore CMS using ASP.NET and C#. Sebastian also worked on maintenance and repair for multiple clients.

In 2017, Sebastian joined Verndale as an engineer, specializing in WCMS development in Sitecore, Episerver, and Insite. Sebastian collaborated with teammates to enhance existing features and resolve code defects, ensuring websites ran smoothly. Sebastian remained with Verndale until 2021, where they transitioned to the role of a senior engineer.

Continuing their technical journey, Sebastian worked as a senior .NET engineer at Meta from September 2021 to April 2022. Most recently, they joined Home Franchise Concepts in April 2022 as a senior full-stack developer.

Sebastian Molina Cadena has a diverse education history in the field of computer science and software and information technology management. Sebastian began their educational journey in 2011 at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Sebastian completed this program in 2016.

In 2013 and 2014, Sebastian Molina Cadena had the opportunity to study abroad at Virginia Tech, where they continued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, this time focusing on Computer Science.

Sebastian Molina Cadena continued their education with a specialization in Software and Information Technology Management. In 2021 and 2022, they enrolled in separate programs at OBS Business School and Universitat de Barcelona, obtaining degrees in the same field.
