Jen Boyd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service, business process management, and operational change. Currently serving as the Customer Service Quality and Improvement Manager at Home Group since October 2021, Jen has previously held roles such as Senior Business Process Manager and Operational Change Business Partner. Prior to Home Group, Jen worked at Quilter Financial Planning as the Head of Adviser Support from January 2017 to October 2021 and spent over thirteen years at Virgin Money in various managerial positions, including Operational Manager.
