Heather Lefaivre

Heather Lefaivre is an experienced occupational therapist with a strong background in healthcare and support services. Lefaivre has been serving as an Occupational Therapist at Home Health & Hospice Care of Nursing Placement since July 2020 and at Centers Health Care since October 2017. Prior roles include positions as a PCA at Cerebral Palsy of Massachusetts from August 2014 to December 2016, a Direct Service Worker at Wrentham Developmental Center from July 2011 to May 2014, and an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Springfield College Child Development Center from September 2010 to May 2013.
