Brandy Broadbent

Brandy Broadbent, PhD, is the owner of Home Helpers Home Care in Rochester, MI, serving the Rochester area and Macomb County since May 2024. Prior to this, Brandy held the position of Commercial Application Scientist at LGC, Biosearch Technologies from August 2020 to June 2024, and worked as a Research Assistant while pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Wayne State University from August 2012 to August 2020. Brandy's early career included roles as a Chemistry Teacher at Crestview High School, a Manufacturing Engineer at Veeder-Root Co., and as a Major in the United States Air Force, specializing in aircrew flight equipment. Brandy's education includes a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, a Master's in Teaching Science, a Bachelor's in Biology, and a Master's in Military Studies.
