Elicia McDonald

Elicia McDonald is a seasoned venture capital professional and a partner at Airtree, where the firm focuses on supporting Australian and New Zealand founders in building prominent technology companies. In addition to the role at Airtree since October 2016, Elicia serves as a partner at The Fund and holds board positions at Kismet and Abyss Solutions Pty Ltd. Elicia's experience also includes board observer roles at Reejig, :Different, and Regrow Ag, along with previous board membership at HotDoc and TidyMe. Prior to a prominent career in venture capital, Elicia was an Enterprise Relationship Manager at LinkedIn, assisting major organizations with social recruiting strategies. Elicia holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, both from the University of Sydney.
