Zach Summy

Zach Summy has a diverse work experience. Zach is currently working as an Analyst and Project Manager at Home Innovation Research Labs. Prior to this, they worked at Sunrun, where they held multiple roles. Zach started as a Sr. Inspection Coordinator in November 2015 and later progressed to the role of Technical Supervisor in November 2018. In this role, they managed survey, inspection, and service projects across a large number of job sites. Zach used data from Salesforce and Looker to improve the team's inspection turnaround time by nearly 40% in just one month. Zach later transitioned to the role of District Supervisor, where they effectively communicated with over 80 sales reps across four sales channels and managed the workflow for up to 240 projects per week. Before their time at Sunrun, Zach was a student at Springboard, where they completed the Springboard Data Analytics Career Track program. During this program, they gained expertise in structured thinking, Python, SQL, data analysis, data visualization, storytelling, Excel, and Power BI through 550+ hours of curriculum and completion of two capstone projects.

Zach Summy completed their education history with a Data Analytics Career Track degree from Springboard in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Grove City College, which was completed between 2007 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, Zach also obtained several certifications, including Data Analytics Career Track from Springboard in February 2021, as well as certifications in Intermediate Python, Introduction to Python, and Introduction to SQL from DataCamp in 2020.
