Joanne O'Connor

Joanne originally comes from a hospitality background and began her Human Resources career in 2010. She moved in the to Aged Care industry in 2013 where she found the dedication and enthusiasm of careworkers and other colleagues to be an inspiration. With a vision to ensure that person centred, compassionate CAREGivers are recruited and all team members are valued and encouraged, Joanne is proud to be part of the Home Instead team.
