Stephen Mistretta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the proptech and finance sectors. As the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder at Fable Homes and Fable Capital, Stephen has played a pivotal role in innovating the UK residential market through technology-driven solutions, particularly in the Build-to-Rent and Rent-to-Buy sectors. Additionally, Stephen provides strategic advice as a non-executive director to various start-ups in proptech, fintech, wealthtech, and investment, and serves as a strategic advisor for Home Live, a platform facilitating real estate transactions via livestreaming. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Principled Finance Limited, Hedge Fund Manager and Investment Director at Valmer Capital, True Trade, and Minona Capital, as well as significant experience in European equity sales trading at Bear Stearns & Co.
