Nathan Wolff

Chief Security Officer at Home Point Financial

Nathan Wolff has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Nathan started their career at Wolff Networks in 2011 as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully led the buildout of large computer networks for automotive and school systems in Southeast Michigan. Nathan also designed and deployed fiberoptic networks and built highly redundant network stacks.

In 2012, Nathan briefly worked as a Network Administrator at Wolff Networks before moving on to Home Point Financial in 2015. At Home Point Financial, they held various roles, including Principal Network Engineer, Director of IT Infrastructure, and Chief Security Officer. As a Principal Network Engineer, they created and built out multiple offices and satellite networks across the US and developed scalable and secure WAN and LAN networks. As a Director of IT Infrastructure, they established the cloud engineering practice and managed Azure and AWS resources, resulting in cost savings and improved product performance. Lastly, as a Chief Security Officer, Nathan developed a comprehensive information security program, reduced security incidents, and enhanced access controls and security tooling.

Overall, Nathan has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills throughout their career, specializing in network design, infrastructure management, and information security.

Nathan Wolff attended Washtenaw Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an associate degree in humanities and social science. Additionally, they have obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in 2023.
