Inna began their career at Rolling-Sound Event Management as an Assistant Event Planner & Project Coordinator in 2006. Inna then served as a Lead Bartender at Stereo-Bielefeld before joining Mexim's Estacion Restaurant as a Shift Manager, Lead Waitress & Bartender, and Event Organizer. In 2013, they interned as a Social Cause Marketing Intern at Emmis Austin Radio. In 2009, they joined Home Slice Pizza as an Assistant Event Coordinator, Server, and Office Assistant, and later returned to the company in 2018 for a role in Business Operations and Project Management.
