Ella Neale

Ella Neale has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Home-Start UK since October 2021. Previously, Ella held the position of Human Resources Manager at Eclipse Distributors from September 2014 to December 2021, and worked as an HR Officer at Walkers Midlands Foods between 2012 and 2014. Ella's early career includes a role as HR Advisor at Serco from 2007 to April 2012. Ella Neale earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from De Montfort University, completing the degree between 2010 and 2013.
