Lin Hinnigan

Lin Hinnigan is an experienced leader currently serving as Chair for Home-Start UK, Working Chance, and Make-A-Wish® UK. Previous roles include Chief Executive positions at the Youth Justice Board, the Teaching Agency, and the Qualifications & Curriculum Development Agency. Additionally, Lin Hinnigan held the role of Director of Strategy at the General Social Care Council and Head of Legal Services Regulation and Redress at the UK Ministry of Justice. Earlier career highlights include serving as Area Director for HM Courts Service and Director of Learning at the Inland Revenue. Lin Hinnigan obtained a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
