Nicola Strudley

Nicola Strudley is a seasoned professional in the mental health and social support sectors with diverse experience spanning over two decades. As the Founder of Brain Train Me since July 2018, Nicola specializes as a Senior Accredited BACP psychotherapist providing brief solution-focused therapy to children, young people, and adults. In addition to this role, Nicola serves as a Family Support Coordinator at Home-Start UK, aiding women in Bracknell Forest with parenting confidence from pregnancy to post-birth. Previous positions include serving as Locality Manager for Help & Care, where Nicola managed several Community Interest Companies, and Unit Manager at Barnardo's, focused on children with Emotional and Behavioural Disorders.
