Ray Ayivor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Resources at The Magistrates​ Association since May 2022, Ray also holds positions as Honorary Treasurer and member of the Board of Trustees at Home-Start UK. Previously, Ray was the Director of Finance and Resources at Young Citizens and contributed as a co-opted trustee and Honorary Treasurer at Community Links Bromley. Additional experience includes roles as Finance and Resources Manager at Pump Aid and Regional Finance Director at Nazareth Care Charitable Trust. Ray's earlier work includes significant positions in finance at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, and a role as Volunteer Internal Auditor at Oxfam. Educational qualifications include ACCA membership, a Diploma in Charity Accounting from ICAEW, a Master of Science in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from London South Bank University.
