Hugh Gallagher has been working in the food and beverage industry since 1973. Hugh began their career with ARAMARK CORPORATION as President Sports & Entertainment. In 2006 they moved to Los Angeles Memorial Stadium and Hollywood Park Race Track as General Manager Food Service, Consultant where they managed all Food and Beverage operations at the LA Coliseum, LA Sports Arena and Hollywood Park Racetrack, with combined annual sales of over $12M. In 2014 they became a Consultant for HGAL6, Top-That, Tap-In2, where they helped develop an 'In Seat Ordering System' that allowed fans to order Food, Beverages and Team Merchandise by turning their smart phone into an order taker. In 2016 they joined the Los Angeles Dodgers as Director Of Food And Beverage. Most recently, they have been working as COO/Consultant for Team Kitchens since 2021.
Hugh Gallagher attended Brandywine College and studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
