Giancarlo Lagreca

Giancarlo LaGreca is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as a Consultant in the Office of COO at WorldQuant Millennium Advisors since September 2025. Previously, Giancarlo held the position of Manager for Talent Strategy & Operations at Bridgewater Associates from April 2024 to June 2025. Prior to that role, Giancarlo was the Principal of Business Strategy, Customer Experience, and Operations at Overmoon from October 2021 to April 2024. Giancarlo’s extensive experience at Bridgewater Associates spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Transformation Program Lead, Associate in Transformation, Project Coordinator, and Office Services Associate.
