Bill Tan

Bill Tan is an experienced professional in Data Management and Business Intelligence, currently serving as Manager of Data Management and Analytics at Home Trust Company since March 2013, where responsibilities include project planning, business requirements gathering, and defining BI/Analytics strategy. Previously, Bill held the position of Principal Consultant at IBM from November 2007 to March 2013, providing expertise in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence for various clients. Bill also worked at Cognos Inc, initially as a Software Developer and later as a Principal Consultant, focusing on BI software and data warehousing solutions. Earlier in career at Petrah Knowledge Solution, Bill specialized in designing and implementing BI and Data Warehousing systems using multiple toolsets. Bill Tan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
