The Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing business operations and ensuring efficiency within the organization. They analyze various aspects of operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. This role involves data analysis, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within operations and develop solutions to address them.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather and interpret data, providing insights to support decision-making.

  • Ensure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and provide critical analysis and feedback in order to keep improving the process and set policies.

  • Monitor organizational compliance with treasury / payment policies.

  • Identify, design and propose ways to make the revenue accounting function more efficient, accurate and timely given multiple jurisdictions.

  • Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity.

  • Provide strategic and tactical support to ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of revenues and expenses.

  • Work cross-functionally with accounting and property managers

  • Provide Cost-Benefit analysis for existing or new business initiatives. Understand financial implications as part of decision support.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.

  • Assist in the implementation of new systems or technologies to enhance operations.

  • Provide regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

  • Stay informed with industry trends and best practices in operations management.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of standardized processes.

  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience in operations analysis or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or QlikSense.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other operational software tools is desirable.

  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
